FAQ

Hotel questions, answered.

Do you work with my booking engine?

Yes. I link or embed the one you already use, like Cloudbeds, SynXis, Mews or SiteMinder, and pass dates and guests into it when the engine supports it. You keep your rates and your contract with them.

Why Webflow?

Because your team can change rooms, offers and photos on its own, and the site is fast and secure without plugins to update. If something else fits your hotel better, I will tell you.

Will we lose our Google rankings?

No. Every old URL gets a redirect, titles and content carry over, and I check indexing after launch.

What does Hotel Care include?

10 hours a month of changes, a monthly check of speed, links and booking buttons, and a short report. It is month to month and optional: you can get the rebuild without it. There is also Care 5, with 5 hours for $300 a month.

What if we need more hours in a busy month?

Extra hours are billed in 30-minute blocks, only when you ask for them.

Do unused hours roll over?

No, they reset at the end of each month. If you have a quiet season, you can switch to Care 5 or cancel, since the plan is month to month.

Who owns the site?

You do. Your domain stays in your name the whole time, and once the site is paid, it moves to your own Webflow account.
